National SEO. Substance compounds. Shortcuts collapse.

Domain authority. Topical depth. Real earned links. Technical foundation. AI search citations. Every signal Google uses to rank competitive non-local queries, worked the long way. Built for businesses that want to be the answer, not the third option.

The stack

Ten levers that move national rankings. We pull all ten.

Most agencies pull two or three on a good month. National SEO compounds when every lever is moved every week. Here is what gets done from week one.

01

Technical Foundation

Crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals.

A site Google can crawl, index, and trust. Server-rendered or static, edge-served, sub-second TTI, sitemap clean, robots.txt right, no orphan pages, no canonical drift. Technical SEO is the floor. Without it nothing else compounds.

02

Site Architecture

Hub and spoke. Topical clusters. Real internal links.

Pillar pages at the center, cluster posts radiating out, internal anchor text wired with intent. Google reads architecture as a signal of how seriously you cover a topic. Most sites are flat blogs with no hierarchy. Yours will not be.

03

Topical Authority

Be the most credible source on a narrow set of subjects.

We pick the topics where you can win, then dominate them with depth. Pillar + cluster strategy mapped to revenue queries. Original research, expert content, the shape of authority Google now rewards over generic "we do everything" pages.

04

Content Velocity

Weekly publishing. Intent-driven. Never bulk.

Real content from people who know your category, shipped on a calendar tied to search intent. No bulk-published $5-an-article slop. No AI-spammed listicles. Content velocity matters, but only when every piece earns its index entry.

05

Real Link Building

Earned, not bought. No PBNs. No exchanges.

PR placements, original research nobody else has, partnership pages, podcast guest appearances, expert sourcing (HARO and equivalents), broken-link reclamation. Every link comes with a real reason for the linking site to link. The kind that survives every algorithm update.

06

Schema Markup

Tell Google what you are without making it guess.

Article, FAQ, Product, Organization, BreadcrumbList, HowTo, Review, AggregateRating. Hand-crafted on every page, validated against schema.org and Google Rich Results Test. The single highest-ROI technical signal almost no agency does well.

07

SERP Feature Targeting

Featured snippets. People Also Ask. FAQ rich results.

Position zero is real estate too. We engineer answer-first content + structured data so your pages capture featured snippets, FAQ rich results, "People Also Ask" placements, and the visual real estate above the blue links.

08

AI Search Optimization

Get cited inside ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity.

Answer-first content, entity-rich structured data, FAQ schema, content engineered for the way LLMs extract answers. Most agencies are not even tracking this yet. We have been shipping it since GPT-4 launched.

09

Brand Entity Building

Mentions, citations, knowledge graph.

Google’s knowledge graph and AI search engines reward brands that show up consistently as entities across the web. We build co-occurrence, source mentions, and knowledge-graph signals so your brand reads as an authority, not a website.

10

Conversion-Aware On-Page

Rankings that pay rent.

Page-one rankings that do not convert are vanity. We engineer search intent into every page: matching the query to the offer, structuring the path from headline to CTA, and tracking which keyword closed which dollar.

Why Farin

What you get with us that you do not get with anyone else.

01
18 years.

Shipping SEO since 2008.

We have ridden every Google algorithm update since Panda. The plays that worked in 2014 do not work now. We know which ones do, and we know which ones are about to stop.

02
Earned links only.

No PBNs. No exchanges. No bought.

Every link in every Farin engagement is earned. PR, original research, partnerships, expert sourcing, podcast appearances. Slower, harder, and the only kind that survives the next spam update.

03
Weekly ship cadence.

National SEO that actually moves every week.

New pages, new content, new links earned, new schema, new tests. Every Friday. National SEO is a marathon, but every mile of that marathon ships something. Slow agencies lose to agencies that ship.

04
Zero vanity metrics.

Server-side, first-party, dollars in vs dollars out.

You will know exactly which keyword, which page, and which content piece drove which dollar. Or which it did not. Reports tied to revenue, not impressions. The dashboard is your inbox.

05
Verifiable case studies.

Brand-new domain to 1,600 keywords. Public.

Paste businesscapital.com into SEMrush, Ahrefs, or any third-party SEO tool. The hockey stick is real, the rankings are real, the AI Overview citations are real. We do not show you our work because we have to. We show you because it is verifiable.

FAQ

Questions answered first.

Answer-first format because that is how AI search and Google AI Overviews extract content. Want a question that is not here answered? Email support@farininnovations.com.

How long does national SEO take to work?

First measurable movement inside 90 days. Sticky page-one wins on competitive money queries inside 6 to 12 months. National SEO compounds — the curve gets steeper as time passes. The difference between month three and month twelve is enormous, and the difference between month twelve and month twenty-four is bigger still. Anyone telling you they will rank you nationally in 30 days is lying.

What is the difference between national SEO and local SEO?

Local SEO targets buyers searching with geographic intent — anything with "near me," a city or zip code, or implied local intent like "best plumber." It depends heavily on Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and local schema. National SEO targets buyers searching without geographic intent and competes on broader signals: domain authority, topical depth, content velocity, real earned links, technical foundation, and brand entity recognition. Most established SMBs eventually need both.

How do you build links?

Earned, not bought. PR placements with real publications, original research and data your industry actually wants to cite, partnership and integration pages, podcast appearances, expert sourcing (HARO, Qwoted, Help A B2B Writer), and broken-link reclamation. We do not buy links. We do not run private blog networks. We do not do "guest post networks" or "link insertions." Every link comes with a real reason for the linking site to want to link.

What is topical authority?

Google’s evaluation of how comprehensively and credibly a site covers a subject. Built by publishing depth (pillar pages plus cluster posts that cover every angle of the topic), real expert content, original research with data nobody else has, and earning links from adjacent topical authorities. The thesis of modern SEO: be the most authoritative source on a narrow set of subjects, then expand. Skinny "we do everything" sites lose to focused ones every time.

Can you compete with sites that have been around for 20 years?

Yes. We have taken brand-new domains to 1,600+ ranking keywords inside 13 months in viciously competitive verticals like small business lending — see the BusinessCapital case below. The trick is not to out-volume incumbents. Out-quality them, out-velocity them, and target queries they are not actively defending. Older domains have authority; newer domains have agility. Used right, agility wins.

What about Google’s spam updates and core updates?

We watch them, we do not dread them. Sites that follow what Google rewards (real authority, real expertise, real linking, content that actually answers) come out of updates better than they went in. Sites that played shortcuts get crushed. Our portfolio gains rankings during spam and core updates, not loses them. That is not luck. That is doing it right the whole time.

Do you guarantee #1 rankings?

No. Any agency that does is lying or about to disappoint you. Rankings depend on Google, not on us. What we guarantee is the work shipped, the cadence kept, and reporting tied to dollars in versus dollars out. Our case studies show what happens when those three things are done correctly. Verifiable on SEMrush, Ahrefs, or any third-party tool.

What does it cost?

Custom by scope. National SEO engagements cost more than local SEO because the work surface is larger (technical foundation, content production, link building, schema, AI optimization) and the timeline is longer. Most national engagements run a year minimum because that is when the curve really compounds. No public price list, no lead-form bait pricing.
